Clown entry missing after DC

Hello,

I got DC’ed from the game and don’t have a G3 entry ticket for Clown.

Server: Kadan
Name: söülfist

Would it be possible to re-instate this please

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and I apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry for the clown raid.

I can understand how disappointing it would be to loose entry in the middle of the raid.

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

I also had a similar issue this morning as well, I DC’d from the fight right at the end of G1 before the boss died and couldn’t progress when I rejoined nor did I receive a re-entry ticket.
