There is a difference between normal DCs and being affected by the maintenance. If you were not affected by maintenance just give it time and your ticket comes. Some of us affected by maintenance are being misunderstood by support and not receiving any help.
Note: The automated system does not consider server maintenance to be a “server issue” or whatever the moderator copy-pasta says.

Has there been any resolution proposed for people affected by the emergency maintenance?
Clearly the automated system is flawed if a server maintenance is not considered a “verified crash or outage issue on the game server side”.

was on gate 3 my whole party disconect and lost the entry
G2 vykas HM friday night during hurricane, boss was at 50 bars screen completely froze. after about 3-4 minutes it sent me to server select screen. i completely closed game and reopened loaded into punika. my group was waiting at g3 but my guy was still on g2 and locked out from starting it with another group. i had attributed it to a power flicker or internet issue from the hurricane but it sounds like it effected a lot of people.
