I’m reposting this, because I no longer have the ability to edit or post on my Main Account as Amazon Games Locked me out.
I was one of the many perma bans, on March 2nd. I made multiple purchases for Lost Ark as I bought it for a few of my friends. I took time off to play the game when it launched, and sunk around 300+ hours in the game. I made a ban appeal and have not heard back from Customer service in over 2 weeks.
Yesterday I got this response:
I requested my data from Amazon to find out the exact reason why I was banned, since AGS support refused to give me a reason. I found out my ban is undeserved.

I doubled checked with Valve no refunds were made regarding any Lost Ark Transaction. No refunds ever went through.

I was told this transaction posted as pending, is more likely the reason for the ban.

Im updating this post with new information as of March 13th:
We’re having to request our personal data from Amazon, to even find out the reason for this bans. And we are finding out, some us were were banned as gold sellers, spammers, commerce locks, etc Because Amazon support is not even giving us information. Not to mention they are telling us to submit a new appeal every time we go into chat. Then here on the forums we get told not to submit more than one appeal. There is no communication whatsoever between departments.
Being falsely accused feels horrible, is like throwing someone in jail, not telling them what crime they committed not giving them a chance to prove their innocence. Even worse we send in this appeals and we are met with automated responses, without even being able to connect with a human being. We know because we literally have collected hundreds of responses form Amazon Games Studios and theyre the same word by word.
We are being just tossed aside, by customer support agents by a company I thought I could trust. I’ve been a prime member since 2016 and have spent thousands of Dollars, not including the $600 I’ve spent in Lost Ark since launch and now I’ve been wrongly accused and banned, and when I need help all I’m told is there is nothing they can do for me.

Then there’s this, the same issue that plagued new world now it’s in place in Lost Ark?
So what do we do? Count our loses, start a new account lose our founder packs our time, spend more money and pray this doesnt happen again in the future?
