The saddest part about the pheon issue is that there were so many other options that they couldve chosen where they wouldnt receive as much backlash as they do now.
And the other options literally wouldn’t have taken longer than their current solution.

If you don’t know how a deal like this works in the gaming industry, let me tell you more. I worked for My.com back in the days and for some other gaming companies too. When they get the contract for publishing an Eastern game into the West, they get the game as a whole package, up to date on the original server. You still following? Now the owner gives the publisher rights to do necessary modifications to the published version to fit the new market and you can say the publisher is an acting owner now. If you get what i just wrote, you’ll notice why our version is buggy and all the fuckups they did here. Sure the original game has some bugs and such, but not as impactful as what we have here on our version and people who worked in the industry and logical thinkers, know it’s AGS who fucked up massively.

Well, you just proved my point, no? We have an altered version. And they get new patches from SG so some fuckups happen and they need to first find the cause of the error so it can take time. If they cause the fuckup like with the unintended pheons they can fix it immediately.

taking in consideration that they gave 30 pheons as compensation and ppls that could get significanly more of pheons from it had to pay for char slots anyway

well game is heavy predatory on monetisation although its werry well hiden so publishing it was been risky thing to begin with, we can all see how its going
level of service of publisher is also questionable at best for sure
although im working with chinese ppls and they have totally diffrent aproach to things so i would personally not drop everything on AGS

Ngl I have some F2p friends (with exceltion of founders pack) who are totally fine with 3 Chars and are brel ready without spending a single dime after said founders. The games gives u plenty of opportunity to spend. But u don’t have to and u can still play every contend.

another question is it will be as viable to play just 3 chars when version catch up to what koreans have 
been watching some youtube vids with “trully f2p” korean and he was been proud that he can keep up with whales by just playing 20+ chars to have 2-3 well geared “mains” up and ready
it takes him mere 7-8 hours a day (in stable economy)
Thats the levels we are getting to sooner or later, asumming whale/f2p ratio will stay stable and economy will not colapse till then
shoop alone is also not that good in comparision as cosmetics are char bound so that make them pretty expensive
