first let me say the Game is great. I got the Founders Platinum Pack and played 3 days early and have my first Char at LVL 50.
However I am worried that due to the high load times my Crystalline Aura just ticks down and I get nothing out of it. Or is the time only ticking when in game ?
Nope, it’s still ticking, they should compensate. I’m not saying they will
They gave away 3 days of the aura for free as compensation.
If you can log in in time to redeem it, which is not a given at this point for people with jobs.
That’s a different compensation. I’ve got my 3 days aura, it’s currently ticking while i can’t even get in the queue. They should compensate some more.
Yea they should compensate only for Queue times, other than that, work/school that’s on you as every MMO’s Subscription counts down. It’s up to you to find more time, just how life is.
Though I do agree, if it’s their fault then yes definitely you should get extra days for Server Queue times and any other issues that are on their end.
Nothing can compensate for lost Sunday evening hours meant for relaxation/entertainment.
What is one day of aura worth? 30 cents?
Money can’t buy time. Except money spent on NVME SSD obviously.
I’m in the same boat as you but I would accept a 20 euro giftcard, i’ve enjoyed my sunday so far and since i’m not working and will be playing tonight until dawn, I’m lucky I don’t have to deal with that. I would be more pissed if I had to work on monday for sure.
The thing is there’s not much we can do aside from talking about it, can we?
