just a quick question, because many people already got their gift and the post about it sounds for me as if they already rolled it out:
Are they still in the process of rolling it out or need I contact support?

Yeah. thats what I did and I am referring to it. Its worded like they already did send out the gift and there are people who got theirs yesterday^^

Yes. I did. I even spend 20 crystals for honor leapstones on maris shop in hope it may appear along the leapstones, but only those appeared.
Still didnt get it. Maybe they could give out a message when they are done distributing the gifts, so everyone knows they should have gotten it?! 
I would have personally expected this by now unless there were some other restrictions?
Have you opened a ticket in #game-support or Amazon Live Chat to try and get a more definitive answer?
Live Chat Support told me to wait a day. I will contact them again today after work.
Since I logged in at least once a day since 3 days before official launch and was personally affected by the unplanned down time there shouldnāt be any reason why I am not elegible for the gift. ^.^

My ticket concerning this was āupdatedā yesterday: They still have no response or solution from the responsable department.
Maybe they take another week and then we will get a compensation package for the delayed compensation package?!? xD
