Completed Vykas without finshing g2 or g3

Hi,

I recently got disconnected in Vykas hard Gate 2 and now it says i’ve exceeded my counts. But base on this screen shot, i still have gate 2 and 3 available. Is there any possibility for me to get a ticket or something? Do note, this is not from any server crash or anything. Just your daily disconnection that rarely occurs for me.

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and we apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry due to disconnection (if it happened from our end as you said).

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.
