Concerns at stake due to my geographical location and a use of VPN and / or a change of provider

Hi, I write this message to get some clarifications about the Lost Ark servers. I’ve been playing Lost Ark since day one when the Western European servers didn’t exist yet. As an Italian, I went to Central European servers, especially Neria.
A few days after launch, it was offered to players who had purchased a founder’s package that they could redeem the prizes on the newly released western servers, to avoid the long queue hours on the central European servers. I refused to change servers and decided to redeem the aforementioned prizes always on Neria (central europe). Hence the fact that I own two cerberus mounts without having bought them in the game shop.
Lately I’ve started using Nord VPN for better online privacy. While I’m Italian and live in Italy (Sardinia) when I connect to a VPN located in Italy the game tells me that I can only access servers in Western Europe and it tells me that those of central Europe (where I play) are not accessible to me. So I disable the VPN and enter Lost Ark and although my IP is from an Italian provider (Telecom) it allows me to enter servers in central Europe despite being in Italy both physically and virtually. Why doesn’t the VPN work if both IPs are ITALIAN?
If the answer to the first question should be the fact that VPNs cannot be used, what would happen if, remaining in Italy, I changed my provider (always Italian) perhaps because I moved or found a more advantageous offer and my IP address were to change? Don’t let me enter the game on Neria anymore because only the old IP with the old provider was registered as allowed to access in central europe?

Regarding your question about the game not working properly or at all when the VPN is on, there is a post that explain the reason for this:

We have put blockers in place to prevent users from connecting to Lost Ark through VPN services. This is one of the steps we are taking combat botters, as it will help prevent them from being able to circumvent some of the restrictions we have in place and make it more difficult for them to connect to the game.

While we understand that some legitimate players may use VPNs for other reasons, please note that using a VPN is against the Amazon Games Terms of Service .

Now, as of the question regarding the IP’s, there shouldn’t be any problem with changing the internet provider. There is no problem with the IP addresses, the error that you encounter was more related with our system blocking the VPN as stated before.
