Connect bug after join in "Tortoyk's Heart" with the quest "stone of power"

I Can’t connect on server with my main character after get the quest “Stone of Power” and join in “Tortoyk’s Heart” but i can connect with my other characters

all time a get this erros on my main character “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game. [GOx9-SPELPWPqPwPT]”
