Me and my friends were making Argos, and in the last part after finishing it, an error appeared on my screen and my client closed. We were in communication and my friend was waiting for my return as an image below and not being able to get my rewards.
Happened to me today in Valtan Hard Gate 2, I didn’t get any rewards, I was a pug doing it with a guild they didn’t wait for me or restart just cleared it I got nothing.
Few hours later I got a mail with Valtan hard G2 reset ticket ,I heard about this happening to other players they disconnect but raid cleared and they got nothing and were locked for the week, they made support tickets but no one could help them seems now they have a system in place to detect players who disconnected but didnt get rewards since I got my reset ticket you should get a reset ticket in mail hopefully soon
