Connection error 10010

ok surely they are banning bots but my account is authenticated, well I wait for an answer or some help

ok, I understand what happens with error 10010 but I don’t use vpn, I use geforcenow and I think they are banning players unfairly I can at least know if I can recover my account.

For you information the error 10010 doesn’t means that you’re banned from Lost Ark .

Also If the account is banned the suspension appeal is a process that can only be handled via web ticket only.
