ok, I understand what happens with error 10010 but I don’t use vpn, I use geforcenow and I think they are banning players unfairly I can at least know if I can recover my account.

For you information the error 10010 doesn’t means that you’re banned from Lost Ark .
If you’re getting this error without a vpn please when you have a chance, please use the link here to speak with our Customer Service team:
Also If the account is banned the suspension appeal is a process that can only be handled via web ticket only.
