So I was doing Argos P2, and when we were killing the boss in the and of second phase I’ve gotten the following mistake, that I get quite often randomly: w0x9-spelpwp1p2nt
And what happened next? Well, my party killed the boss in 3 seconds after my game had crashed, and the best part being I didn’t get a single reward and am now prohibited to enter the raid again as rewards already collected on the character
Please help me somehow, because it is ridiculous the game cannot detect when you are leaving the raid and when it’s 2 seconds before the boss dies and you are getting screwed for no particular reason
Thank you so much for taking the time to report his issue on the forums. I totally understand this issue is frustratin since you are not able to get the rewards or another entry.
Unfortunately we can not revert this action by the forum service and also this error message it a know issue that the team have tried to solve with the following troubleshooting:
Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.
Troubleshoot the Firewall:
Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.
