Connectivity Issues and Lag

Im an EU player, currently in Kadan. Game keeps kicking me pretty frequently, and yesterday it kicked me and wouldnt let me back in saying “cant connect to servers due to high traffic” for about 10 minutes which made me go back in queue for 7 hours… On top of that my ping is sometimes extremely high. I am 100% sure it is not my internet as I have tested everything, even called my ISP. Its normal for the most part but when its high it lasts for a long time and the game is near unplayable. Swapping channels sometimes helps a little, but it goes back up in less than 5 minutes. I know it’s probably because the servers are full and there isnt much that can be done, but then again as I said the game is nearly unplayable.

I have tried every single one of these steps beforehand, nothing helped.
