Constant crashes

My game closes with zero error codes daily at random. Has been happening ever since launch. Have opened many support tickets and always get the exact same generic response. Makes zero sense that i can play korean or russian servers via vpn for months and have never had this happen. It has to be Eac or your american servers. How can a game constantly close with zero error codes? Play many other games and have zero problems. Worse customerr service i have ever encountered and you guys have zero troubleshooting procedures in place only bot responses. Another game ruined by AGS.

It happens in any instanced content, guardian raid, chaos gate, raids, islands, etc. I can go days without it happening then some days its non stop and lost my entries. Game freezes for a second and game closes, zero error codes given. I can reconnect right after. I have tried every trouble shooting steps you guys have listed and nothing works. Its a connection issue on your guys end. My isp is spectrum and its rock solid.

9900k overclocked to 4.8ghz all cores
Evga 3080
16gb ddr4 3200 c14 xmp profile enabled
Asus 144hz monitor gsync 1440p
Reinstalled windows 11 still crashing randomly.
Going to try capping fps to 60 with rivatuner

If you have done all of this plus the fps capping you were going to try and the issues are still happening then it could be something really specific which we don’t have troubleshooting steps and requesting an escalation with our developers is the best option.

just Try do Disable XMP Profile on your Memory.

For me this seems to work since 3 weeks now. But i Don’t know why. Just give it a try.

Interesting that worked for you. I ran memtest86 for days with zero errors. Wonder if there is a memory leak in the game. I will try this thanks.

@Optics Any findings? I have exactly the same problem. I rarely have crashes since launch but since two weeks ago it became more often

Never had Problems with my Memory in other games or Windows. Maybe it was just Luck that this works for me.

i even ged rid off freezes on Loading screen especially when i tab out to windows and want to tab into the game again.

Had the same issue and tracked it down to the video driver I was using.

Constant crashes and lockups but only in Lost Ark with Nvidia Geforce 516.59 driver.

Went back to 512.95 and haven’t had one since.

Hi @Optics , I have read through the thread and I noticed that you mention something in your OP that may be the cause of some of your issues.

I would like to point out that you can not use a VPN while playing here.
This is an official post about VPN’s from the official news.

Perhaps you could try disabling your VPN or poke a hole in it for Lost Ark and see if that fixes your problem.

New update:
I have reduced my ddr4 from 3600 to 3200. Since then I didn’t encounter any crashes.
