first i DC just before completing the last wave in Boss rush, and now i lost my loot on a guardian raid, because i DC just as i want to open the loot. will these be refounded automaticly? or are those 2 entry’s gone?
Hatte ein ähnliches Problem beim Valtan Raid , kurz bevor der Boss gestorben ist hatte ich einen DC und habe weder Beute/Gold bekommen, dazu kommt noch das ich mit dem Chara wieder eine Woche warten muss bis ich wieder rein kann x.x

Same. It’s been 6½ weeks and they are “looking into it”.
If they were running a phone company or internet provider they would have gone bankrupt by now.

i think the worst part is, that they promish a automatic re-entry ticket if you lose your instance because of DC. yet this is the 3rd time in a very short time ive lost it, and ive reported it all 3 times. and ive yet to recive a single re-entry ticket.
Doesn’t help if you disconnect at G5 in Brel, get a ticket, but your entire 7 man static moves on to G6. Then you have to pug G5 (some of the hardest content in the game) while they wait for you.
Yeah that sucks. but atleast you got your re-entry
