I am having the same issue too and this has started since Artist release. I randomly spike to 300ms very often since then and for the past couple of days I have been dc’ing also. This happens regardless of whatever I may be doing in game.

I play on NA E Adrinne.

Same issue no matter if i use Wifi or Ethernet, with nothing downloading/updating in the background as i always have everything with big updates on off. Tested on other games and of course it never happens. Server EUC Zinnervale.
