i’m tracking like 10 thread about this issue, all of dozens and dozens of post, but no word from the support yet.

3days in a row, i think they don’t care about this error maybe we need to spam smilegate. 
Maybe they will listen to them, cause obviously with New World and now Lost Ark they don’t give a fuck about forums…
We just can’t play the game for days now…
Not sure if this is related… But Sometimes when I am loading into another zone
I get stuck at THIS particular spot on the laoding screen
I can hear people doing things in the background, I can hear the NPCs talking and stuff but can take no actiona nd cant see anything but these laoding screens.
When I manually alt f4 to leave, (since nothing else can be done)
The game closes and opens just fine… I just have these random (not able to load)
Screens occasionally when I leave areas.
and they read / answer every single post that does not concern this issue, they clearly are dodging us and letting us struggle, i bet that when we get an answer it will be a morron telling us “to repair files in steam” or “reboot box”

I used to only get this error in the afternoon like 3-5pm+
now im getting it all the time,
The game is becoming very much so unplayable.
Its starting to lose its exciting edge and be rewplaced with frustration from having to sit and watch your 5 minute loading screen… Which I spend more time watching than actually playing the game.
I thought to myself… Ill go do islands and grab tooki…

Same here for 3 days. Can’t play now and lost every daily reward cause of this problem.
same here. We at least need someone to adress the issue. We’re a lot who cant play any content right now and we’re so frustrated we’re willing to give any info that could help FIX the issue.

Same Here Ist start at 23.30 Middle Europe Time
I have same problem for a few days the game is unplayable for chaos/guardians/timed events with huge lags and rollbacks before getting disconnect with the same error code which means moreover u lose your entry + your time.
1st the game was unplayable because of queues, now its bcs we get kicked at any moment, pls fix it it wasnt happening at first and this issue doesnt come from players side for sure.

I’ve been playing on the EU Zinnervale server since the launch on the 08th and I’ve never had any problems…until today. After this last update I’m not able to stay connected to the game. Today is the only day I have off after a week of hard work, the only day i can finally enjoy Lost Ark and i can’t even do that. Please fix this i beg you !!!
Its time to do something about this issue that concerns more and more players on any servers ! And stop answering to troubleshoot the anti-cheat/firewall or wtv, it never worked and u know we all already try to reboot our modem, keep that “solution” for our grandmas and do the same job as u did on new world for this issue !

same to me start like everyone… when you have try to fix your matchmaking you have destroy the stability of servers for some people… but no’t everyone i see… how you can do that and no’t tell us you working on.
This is fucking unplayable since 4 days and it’s getting worse and worse !
