Hi everyone, since today, after the maintenance, I log in and after 5 minutes game freezes for a second and give me this “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game w0x9-0pelpwp1p2pt” or something like that, Then Ive made my search hoping that Ill find a solution ant it seems a lot of people actually had this issue or similar before and none of them had this solved, I guess most ones just stop playing cause I literally cant do any group content cause I know in 5 minutes my game will crash, I even tried to do the challenge abyssal dungeon and got DCed and for my luck I got my entrance back in an email, but seriously, its unplayable. Ive tried everything that i found, repairing the anti-cheat, updating drivers, changing DNS, downloadind Warp VPN (the game does not connect to the server when VPN is active so I uninstall it), restarting the pc and the internet modem, everything, and still with the issue. So, if anyone know any solution, I will be eternal grateful, Im playing on South America, blackfang server. Thanks again and sorry if something wrong spelled, I dont have a perfect english. hello, i’m experiencing the same problem. Since the last maintenance, i got a lot of DCs, but specially today, i can’t even play the game anymore. Here is what a tried:
- Verify integrity of game files
- Turning off the ipv6
- Repairing the EAC
- Downloading WARP (wasn’t able to enter the game with warp, only with 1.1.1.1)
I’ll try to reinstall the game as a last try. Did you manage to fix your problem? Please let me know.
By the way i’m playing in SA-Kazeros, my internet provider is NET-CLARO.
I’ve also experienced the same since this latest patch - playing from OCE. My internet is fine as I have streams etc running in the background which do not drop off when I disconnect from Lost Ark.
I have also tried:
- Repairing EAC
- Verifying game files
- Restarting computer / modem / game
The problems still persist, despite the above.

I am still having this problem, sometimes the game does not crash for about 30min, then it starts crashing and it happens every 5 minutes, cant even do legion raids cause if I DC when the boss dies, I lost the gold and the rewards so im not trying to do any important contents… Actually just doing the dailys cause if I crash during a chaos dungeon/guardian raid I still can connect again and pick it up.

my friend is having the same problem as we and she got the same internet provider as me (NET-CLARO), we’re from Brazil
i changed internet from local provider to internet from my phone (orange) and it seems to be working but the thing is that there is no problem from my local provider side so idk what to do couse i cant play LA forever on internet from my phone… maybe LA have troubles with connection to some type of routers? idk
/also im 100% sure its not my network card fault
Eu sou do BR tb cara, moro em sao paulo, zona leste, minha internet é da NET tb, nunca tive problema nenhum com ela, so agora do nada nao quer mais funcionar no jogo…
pois é, bixo… também nunca tive problema com a minha, mas parece que com o lost ark ta tendo alguma coisa, porque já vi aqui no forum uma postagem com uma monte de gente falando que tava tomando DC, daí a maioria falava que era NET, por isso se pa é algum problema entre a NET e o Lost Ark, sla…
Same here. Ever since the last patch I am dcing randomly during raid cutscenes or when restarting after a wipe.
I had not had any disconnects like this for a month and now they are back.
US West region here, but I believe this is a Lost Ark issue. You probably need to turn up the timeout interval allowed before disconnecting someone.

opa, só voltando aqui pra dizer que essa semana consegui jogar tranquilo desde quarta-feira, imagino que a atualização possa ter consertado qualquer que tenha sido o problema (espero seja isso). por aí também voltou ao normal?
