if the trusted status update works this time, they dont have access to ah
lets wait and see
It’ll limit all of them (us too) from doing more than 20 listings a day. That’s 20 pieces of Lv1 Gems and they’re done. That’s a ton of bandwidth (not sure if this term is correct here) saved on their request(s), even if there’s a lot of them.
Think about it, a botter’s roster is stopped from listing anything on the market after just 200s (cooldown included) instead of them literally using the market the entire time they’re online. That’s actually quite amazing.
In any case, only insane people will argue that “I can buy Lv1 gems all day to make my Lv10 gem but cheaper”. I’m not saying you did, I’m saying some people will argue for that. ![]()
it will help cus it will reduce the total amount of listing all the bots can do so lets say theres 200k bots and they all list 100 items every day. thats a total of 20mil listing now if its reduced to 20 listings per day its only 4mil. They are probably listing more than 100 items per day since they are responsible for 99.99% of all the trash items on both market and AH
It should theoretically heavily effect the bots cus they wont be able to just mass list massive amount of items before being banned. But they will still be there listing stuff sure.
who lists more than 20 a day? you have a problem then, play less
everything is trash, rarely you get some good drop, so 20 a day?
me, i list more than 40 per day
Make use of the 3d setting as well now. Maybe wont have as much to relist either.
what do you list ?
With even 6 characters doing guardians, raids and chaos dungeons daily you easily end up with 10 accessories you can sell for a few hundred gold. Even if each one is 300g that’s 3k gold a day which quickly adds up. Dismantling everything but BiS is dumb. I dismantle the clearly junk ones but I do a quick AH search for the rest and if they are around 300g or more I sell. It’s good gold daily. Not doing that means you are leavings tens of thousands of gold per week on the table
Even in your repeated “average daily scenario” example, you’re still only doing a ball park of ten (10) list-worth items a day. That’s still 1/2 of the daily cap, I don’t think this will affect you at all to be honest.
they never sell, I try giving em 3 days, but nothing
20 is enough, you shouldnt do guardians + chaos 12 times a day
People just cry because it’s free. No one has any valid argument to criticize the new measures/features.
Of course that goes without saying but what happens to economy when players playing fairly get punished too
Of all the things that didn’t happen, this has not happened the most.
Even if it did, in all of his examples, he’s only used 10 listings a day. Ten, out of the new maximum of twenty.
So yeah, complete non-issue (for him and a lot of people) but somehow he’s malding still.
Also, listed =/= sold. As I said prior, there’s very few incentives for someone to buy giga-trash cheapo Legends/Relics simply because of the Pheon cost.
typicall forum andy
Whatever helps you sleep at night.
That said, even you agree that twenty is enough, so yeah, not sure why you’re calling me out for calling someone else out for something you agree with.
bot have thousands of account. this 20 item limit will not impact them, lol
No I was agreeing with you
the person you referred to is the typical forum andy
Bots don’t last long so technically if they can only sell 10 items per day they can’t spam 1 gold each T3 Gem and it be harder for them to unload before they get spotted…
Bots are killing this game more in how Amazon is responding to them continually punishing actual players than their presence.
