It seems after the latest update all of my saved character presets got corrupted and the game doesn’t recolonize them anymore.
will this be fixed or are they gone forever ?

This happened to quite a few people since last maint. I put mine in a separate folder so they dont get deleted in case they fix it.
Hopefully they fix it Thursday since many people want to reskin with new hair and mage ears.
