Couldn't move character in Cube

Hello, I would like to report an issue that just happened with me, it’s resolved, but wanted to bring your attention to it.

When: 6:32AM CEST
Region: EUC
Instance: Cube

We loaded into a floor, and all of us were stuck at the entrance and couldn’t move our characters for about 10 seconds, after wihch the floor reloaded (screen went black for a bit), and we were all able to move and finished the instance normally. All other 3 players experienced the same issue.

Issue seems server side.

Also verify the integrity of the games files to confirm is there any corrupted files that need to be repaired.
