I finished Valtan gate 2 and attempted to Song of Escape out. When I did, song went on cooldown, but it didn’t let me leave the dungeon. I tried a second time a minute later before giving up and switching characters. But then when I tried to go back to that character it just went to a black screen with no loading. I eventually killed the game and reloaded and now when I try to access that character I hit Launch, the buttons go gray, and nothing happens.

Could you please provide the character and server/region names so that I can try to relocate the character to a safer place for you which usually resolves the issue.
I also request you to log out of the game for the time being.

I have successfully relocated the character back to Prideholme for you. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access it now.
