Just crafted Hallucination Bow, I saw a little chat on screen showing Hallucination Bow with quality 60. Accepted it and entered vykas raid. Finish p3 and saw nothing inventory, material was reduce from 26->1.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Ive had similar happen to me. I thought i had accepted the ceafted item so i left the craft window. However, i hadnt. I went back to the crafter and they still had my item to collect. It might becworth double checking.

Sorry, I maybe was not clear enough. I’m not suggesting you have dismantled it. I’m suggesting that you might not have claimed it from the crafter.
I have made this mistake before - I thought I had clicked the claim button then I closed the craft window. The item was not in my inventory. But when I returned to the crafter, the item was still there to be claimed.
So, I was suggesting that you go back to the crafter to see if the item is still there to be claimed. It is worth the 30 seconds compared to waiting for customer services to review your account
Also keep in mind that if you claimed it, while you had your inventory full, I think it gets deleted.
I got what you saying, I did check with craftsmen for hundred time already, no mail, no inventory, … nothing. So frustrated, cause I know I did craft it (Gold, mats deduct)
Anyone here can confirm if AGS actually help bring back the item, atleast mats … If not, it just wasted of time waiting the response for nothing
They do have the hability to restore the item, but is not guaranteed depending on your situation/what they see on their logs: Contact Us | Amazon Games
