Crafted item didn't appear in the inventory or stash

Hey Lost Ark Team,
I did Vykas hm today and crafted my fifth set piece in between G2 and G3. After crafting I also got the chat message that I acquired the piece, but it is nowhere to be found. It also doesn’t show up on the gear honing merchant when I try to gear transfer it. Please give me my piece back D:
On the screenshot you can see the chat message that says that I got the gear piece.

Did you claim it from the menu? If not, just go talk to the crafter again and it’ll still be there.

I am sorry to hear you seem to be missing a piece of equipment you crafted. Please try the following steps in order to reset the game files:

  1. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check
    How To run a Steam Integrity Check

If the issue persists after this, the scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is better not posted on the forums so it would be best if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.

HI @Peekz I am just trying to cover all options but I notice in your screenshot that you have an unread mail item. I suggest checking your ingame mail to see if for some odd reason the item was mailed to you !

Ty for that tip, but it’s also not in my mail. I contacted support about the issue and they are looking into it.

Hello, i have the same problem. I crafted a nightmare chest piece a few days ago and put it in my stash waiting to craft nightmare pants and equip both. Today i crafted the pants and went to my stash to pick the chest but it wasn’t there anymore. Any way to fix that? i already tried to verify files but it didn’t work.
