Hi was wondering if there is crafting in this game ?
“Crafting in Lost Ark is the ability to create items ranging from Weapons, Consumables, Upgrade Materials, Housing Features and more . Unlike other titles, there are no Crafting skills for the player to invest in. Instead, crafting is performed by Craftsmen NPCs at various locations.”

The actual crafting is happening in your housing section/isle and you can actually evolve it but it isn´t working like the usual crafting you know from other MMORPGS.
Especially pots crafting is very important in Lost Ark since you can´t just buy the pots you use for dungeons etc from an NPC: You can then use them for yourself or sell them in auction house for gold.
There is a lot other stuff you can craft but it´s not like it´s a specific profession but more like stuff you unlock and develop with your housing system.
Life skilling has different professions though where you can evolve each type of gathering type. The most important are propably herbalism + pots crafting and tree cutting/iron mining to develop/build most objects on your isle.
