lost ark is crashing without knowing why
I’ve updated the graphics drivers, I ve deactivated the antivirus, I ve also looked at the virtual memory and everything related, I ve also reinstalled the anti cheat, I get the blue screen with errors of memory management or page fault in nonpaged area, and now I’m crashing the game without any kind of error when crashing…

I’m sorry to know you’re having issues with the game crashing suddenly.
I noticed you’ve done some troubleshooting already, but here’s some additional steps for performance, and an additional link for connectivity, in case this could be a network issue.
If the issue persists, contact us here, so your case can be escalated via web ticket. Please pull out and attach a Dxdiag report as it might be needed by the devs to check into your case. Here’s the steps in case you need it:
In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.
