After updating my VPN it decided not to connect me to the game anymore, i found out when i turn it off i can log in without any problems but i actually only paused it for 15 minutes… And i was doing Argos in the mean time and i got disconnected mid fight, I turned it off completely this time but when i logged back in my raid is already “done” for this week. In the past when i crashed or dc’ed i got a restoration ticket, this time i did not :/. Would be great if i could get the restoration ticket for Argos.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected while on Argos.
I understand how frustrating is to get disconnected in the middle of Argos. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations, and in some cases the system gives the ticket back, however it can take more than 24 hours to give you the ticket, and we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
