I crashed during my Demon Beast Canyon Challenge Abyss Dungeon and I didn’t get a reset ticket nor the rewards from the dungeon. Can someone from support please send me a reset ticket or reset my dungeon.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Abyssal Dungeon but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 to 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

What is considered a verified server crash? My client is the one that crashed, and I have no way of re-entering the dungeon because of such a technical issue. So am I just going to lose this run for the week as a result of not being detected by your system? If so, that’s really disappointing and frustrating.

I understand your frustration about it and regarding to your question, in this case you will have to wait the 24 to 48 hour to get the ticket once the system confirm that the issue you got was from the server side.
If the 48 pass and you do not get the re-entry ticket that’s mean that the issue was not from the server side and we will not be able to do so manually.
