Crashed during G3 vykas, i reconnected but got no rewards

crashed during G3 vykas, i reconnected but got no rewards and now i cant do vykas g3 again because it says i used up my count even though the screen shows that g3 is still available

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.
