Alright, I just moved Spkyooo back to Prideholme!
I advice you to restart LA and Steam and then check your character. Also, make sure to triport to another location before going to the one you got stuck, to make sure it will work.

sorry to bother you again but my character got stuck again, ive tried multiple triport and they all worked fine i think there is an issue with the east one in Kalaja

do you think theres a chance you could move it back again? i wont use that triport again but i have all my gems and items on it so i cant play my other chars unless i can access it.

do you reckon something is wrong on my end and i should stop using that specific triport because i dont wanna be stuck again, every other triport works fine. ive already verified game integrity

Since you are able to use other Tripods without any issues, I request you to avoid using the particular Tripod for the time being while our team looks into the issue.

Disconnected while trying to bifrost to a triport in feiton, cant get back on that character anymore. Says “could not connect to game.”

ive played the entire day just fine now the same character again i didnt go to that triport, i used bifrost to do my dailies and got disconnected in Shushire and cant access my character again. every other character i have works just fine, i can use bifrost without any issue and even teleport to that triport i have issue with but my other character always finds a way to get stuck.

thank you, i also wrote a ticket because its only this one character having issues. im scared to even use it it will get stuck eventually regardless of what i do with it it seems. kinda annoying to have to ask you to relocate it everytime it happens.
once again character stuck in same bug when i tried to enter the sea to do island.
i wrote a ticket but got no answer, im literally scared to do anything on this character.
