I’m sorry to hear the game crashed while doing the dungeon.

In this scenario, if you rejoin the dungeon before it ends, you can still get the loot.

However if the dungeon is already completed for the other players, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket or Aura of Resonance.
