Crashing in game -> blue screen then i have to restart manually

Hello evreyone, i have been having these problems since i came back in october.
Whenever i play lost ark with direct X11, it works smooth, everything perfect, high FPS and then after some time/hours my pc crashes. The only way i found to counter the crash is to play with direct X9 but the problem is that i have a lot of fps issues and it is not smooth, i have been trying to find solutions for weeks without opening a topic here but it begins to really be not fun to play with fps that are this bad. my specs are :
GPU : AMD RADEON RX 6700 XT
CPU : AMD RYZEN 7 5800x 8 core
RAM : 32gb
PSU : Corsair 750 gold edition
Motherboard : B550 Phantom gaming 4

EDIT : I have tried to play in fullscreen mode and now the crash appears to be a black screen still not solved the problem

Since you have already tried all the possible troubleshooting steps and you still have the connectivity problem, I request you to submit a web-ticket so that we can further investigate.

To pull Dxdiag logs please:

  1. Press Windows Key + R and type: dxdiag and hit ‘Enter’ key
  2. Click “Save All Information”
  3. Select the file location and save it.
