Imagine being finally 1000th in queue and then the client crashing and getting back to 17000 fix that already please. You can’t even get to play like this. You lock the character creation on servers then 1 day after you unlock it to make everything worse. And you do all the patches and maintenance when it’s prime time on EU. Nothing this publisher does makes sense to me. Literally messing up a game that was given to you half complete. Incompetence.
