Crashing to Desktop Constantly

Good day,

I recently returned to Lost ark after a little hiatus and it’s saddens me to have returned to constant CTD (Crash to Desktop) while trying to do my Chaos dungeons. After logging in for the first time in a while I went to the Training room where I crashed while practicing several times, after which I Verified the game files through Steam and tried to do a chaos dungeon where I crashed again in the first room, after that I logged in again and tried once more and crashed in the second room of chaos.
On thing these crashed all had in common is the game would stutter for 1/2 second then continue smoothly for approximately 2 second then just close out to desktop immediately.

If the problem persist once you have tried all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.

Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

The problem come from the last update man…

ppl got full crash and spike lag all the time in raid/ dongeon…

also happens to me since yesterday (yearly saturday euc hours since now) game is closing every couple mins sometime couple times in a row with errors like “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game. [EAC Offline]”, “cannoct connect to the server at the moment. Please check your network and firewall settings. and try again 0PELFWP1P2PT” or “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game (G0x9-SPELFWP1P2PFT)” / (W0x2-0PELPWP1P2FT) sometimes after dcs i cannont join back becouse it says that region is closed.

i already messaged amazon support and waiting for reply but im giving info there if there is more ppl having this problems

it doesnt i already messaged support that only changing connection from my local isp to mobile phone works (and connection with my local isp is totaly fine i didnt got any lags pinging anything while getting dcs in la also everything else works fine only lost ark having troubles since last patch)

About the loot and the entry for Vykas g3, I would like to share some information about it. unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket

still same thing

it happens a lot to me. AGS doesn’t care neither support with their generic stuff that doesn’t work. It’s the same since they downgraded servers 4-5 months ago.
