Credit where credit's due

I’d like to thank AGS for listening to player feedback and remove such a horrendous system that is the Yoz Jar casino.
The fact that they went and completly removed something that could have net them SO MUCH money, it’s admirable in the current industry, and their recent background.

It’s a shame for the amazing looking skins, and i hope one day they’ll be introduced in the Cash shop.

Credit where credit’s due AGS. You mad lads, you F*** did it.

Nice copium, they removed them outright with no plans to add them elsewhere, they’ll probably add them in much later when only the whales that don’t care about rnging them are left.

Copium for what? I just said i’d be cool if we see them one day in the cash shop. I’d rather take the hit of not getting a beautiful skin i wanted, than seeing the industry i love plagued with more disgusting rng gacha. We’ll get other skins.

? How about we put our trust in them for the time being and stop being too negative over it? Roxx stated earlier that althought they wont be added in the near future, they have plans to revisit the contept and try to adjust to the West.

Those skins have been notorious in the game for being extremely good looking and extremely annoying to get. So many streamers have stated that they have wasted hundreds of dollars to get them.

Just be patient, and we will get them.

Exactly this! So happy to see feedback being listened on such an important issue. Yes the skins will likely be released much, much later, but this game has so many other great skins to sell to us at fair prices in the meantime. And with this good decision I will be much happier as a consumer to throw cash at them. Not only did they remove the disgusting cash grab, but they are also going to release the Mokoko skins, which seems to be the most requested skin set so far. Hopefully AGS continues to listen to their playerbase on other important matters too.

Hard agree. Lots of people will complain, but it is commendable to not release something that adds another layer of RNG to player power. We got enough of those as it is, and it’s not like the skins are scrapped for good: the assets exist, they can always release them later as purely cosmetic items. Y’know, as skins should be.

Yes.
Althought i wasn’t against the system because of the “power” behind rng. the “Power” was extremely fucking negligible, 1 extra % on main stat is NOTHING.
For me the worst was a cosmetic behind an atrocious gacha. Or the concept as a whole, i genuinely didn’t see it as p2w. I was more against the concept as a whole not because of what it gave (because it’s negligible) but because of how casino-like it is just for a cosmetic.

But yeah, this could be easily fixed by selling the skin as a normal epic.

Exactly, just sell the cosmetics directly. I genuinely don’t understand why this is so complicated. Who is trying to ram Lost Ark full of GACHA shit?

I’ve put my trust in them for the past four months and yet they always somehow manage to fling shit in my face one way or another.

The thing is selling them on the market would outrage other regions who have the jar system.

Then hopefully we will see change for other regions that have been scammed by this system as well. This system puts the game in the same category as Diablo Immortal if it comes out unchanged.

What they could do is have the skins be purely cosmetic and slap those on the market

Exactly. This is exactly what I want. Make the legendary skins available without additional stats unlike in other region(s). While some players from other region(s) with yoz’s jar may complain how easy we get the skin, they should know that we also don’t have the additional stats on the legendary skins so I would like to believe it’s a fair game.
