When you leave the game and rejoin you loose your cristalline aura (not in the inventory).

Same issue here, 0 days of cristalline aura and I had 34, incredible.
Me to i have the pack founder… Its a joke.
Dev team is aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
We are aware that the in-game store is currently down in some regions, and are working to get this fixed.
Please also note that some items in your Product Inventory, as well as Crystalline Aura, may not appear immediately after logging in. There may also be a delay on the delivery of purchased Starter Packs. These issues will resolve as you continue to play, and your items will appear shortly for most players.

Ho lo stesso problema, gioco dal 1 giorno e una volta utilizzata l’aura cristallina (30d) i prime 2 giorni poi non ho più potuto utilizzarla. Mi auguro che si possa ovviare al problema quanto prima. Poiché anche altri come me non la stanno utilizzando e stanno perdendo tempo per usufruirne a pieno. Grazie
