Hello there, I just logged in after maintenance and i can see that my cristalline aura from founder pack is gone. Moreover, my title Crystal Benefactor disappeared aswell. My character name is Nisras, hope u’ll help me soon. Have a nice day

I lost the 3 days aura and now my 5 days twitch prime aura so we are all in the same…

same happened to me after the maintanance today… Also products are missing from my „inbox“, these i did not claim to have it later…
Can you please update us on the plans for this? Also what is with our payed service, which you are not able to deliver? (Payed for 3 Founder Packs…)

Likewise here. 30 days i had just gone. But the store is under maintanance at the same time for me so i hope that is the problem.
Same here, my 30 days aura and inbox are gone…
After checking the following post, both problem seems to be linked.
I just hope to regain all my things after the hotfix…
Good to know that they’re aware of the issue ! I’m sure they’re gonna do something about it. Maybe we’re gonna have a new crystalline aura or something like that.
