Hi, I am shocked that amazon would do this but it seemed i was scammed. I never had a cristalline aura available after the game was f2p. I have been asking support to no avail for weeks. I paid for this and i cant belive that you would keep my money and not deliver what you promised. Please lets find a solution i really dont want the headache to contact my bank.
I had purchased the Bronze founders pack 3 days before the game was f2p.

You send me a link to an Update on the issues of 10 days ago… unike the common issue I dont have my cristalline aura appearing and dissapearing as commerce server is overloaded… i just dont have it… like it never existed… tell me what i have to do and dont say wait beacuse i have waited 2 weeks for somthing that was no delivered to me… i have some rights i think?
