For what it’s worth, we are seeing this issue occur when a player has made purchases of large number of different item types – so it is possible people making new purchases might run into this while we work on a fix. Buying more of the same item types you’ve purchased before does not have an effect on this bug.

Just wanted to throw my hat in here. I’m also experiencing this same issue. 0 Blue Crystals / 0 Royal Crystals.
Server: NA West - Valtan
For what it’s worth I did make purchases the past few days. I made a purchase of Blue Crystals, as well as Gold Exchange as of 3 days ago.
To help troublleshoot here is what I recall as my exact experience @Roxx :
-Logged in on patch day and all Royals/Blues were available on NA-West: Mari
-Claimed my PvP Season Reward, which injected 3,000 Blue Crystals for Master
-I used 250BC to unlock Skin Tab 9 and another 250BC to unlock Skin Tab 10
-I did not buy/claim anything in the Store, but I did open the menu
-Continued playing the game a bit for a few hours. Logged off and went on my other character on NA-West: Valtan and noticed the Royal Crystals were at 0.
-Went back to NA-West: Mari and noticed all Royals and Blues were at 0.
Hope this helps, and looking forward to a resolution soon.

yesterday i buyed royal crystalls for 300euro and i didnt got any of them after restarting the game i got 0 crystalls for both typed i rly hope they fix this anoying problem fast. I’m getting rly tired of all this bugs and problem in the past few days/weeks.

Mine was a few hours after buying 10 neon armor skin chests - or at least thats when I noticed it.
By the looks of it, this bug took all your gold too, left your with 193 left.

Not realy, hooning took all my gold, 25 fails from 19 to 20… 
the restart seem to have fixed the issue for me
@Roxx Are they still working on this? My crystals are back, but I’m still missing 2 million gold from the currency exchange.
Hi @IfoundtheArk, nice to hear you got your crystals back.
Your issue of having gold missing from the currency exchange might actually be another issue you are having separate from the crystals issue.
There is another thread that talks about missing gold from the currency exchange.
Please have a read through the thread I link below, it may provide some insight to your currency exchange issue.
