The silence is deafening. Sources tell me KR issue re-entry tickets almost immediately, so the fault is with AGS and they simply refuse to do anything about it.
They won’t even acknowledge the bug in their system and I’m yet to hear of a single person who has received a Valtan re-entry ticket.
@OminousOnion i lost my entry while never disconnecting from or exiting the game. I lost it in loading screen moving from gate 1 to gate 2 hours before maintenance, How could this possibly not qualify as an automatic provision for re-entry? You guys keep skirting around the fact that many of us lost our entry because of server malfunction before even attempting to kill valtan. These canned responses are nowhere close to acceptable answers for the problem caused by AGS servers. Can we please get some real answers??? @Shadow_Fox@Roxx@TrevzorFTW
You’re not understanding. The issue isn’t even the disconnect. The issue is that NO ONE in the party cleared the dungeon, but we’re all gated as if the party cleared. NONE OF US have the “cleared” checkmark signifying our clear, because we didn’t clear, but we’re gated from attempting the dungeon again? We all deserve reset tickets before the reset this week.
It happens in any abyssal dungeon too, not only in Valtan, been locked from oreha hard mode because I was the only one who managed to join party, then my friends leaved the group, game juste moved me out of the dungeon automatically and when we regrouped after the bug my entry was locked for the week.
The screenshot in my OP shows it is bugged, that it knows I am yet to clear Valtan HM and have not received my re-entry ticket.
If it’s not bugged, please show me my data logs of the reason why the system, not your opinion, has rejected my re-entry ticket. I agree to you showing my data publicly on the forums because at this point, I’ve spent too much money and time on your product not to be given some level of support with real data as to the reason why I’m not receiving what was advertised.

I’ve talked about the same error to AGS Live Chat support and I asked if I could escalate this issue. I have done everything they have said to troubleshoot (verifying game integrity, reinstalling, even relocating to Prideholme, etc) and the same issue still occurs. AGS support told me that even if I escalated the issue, my ticket would only get absorbed and pretty much nothing would be done. They said they are looking into the issue, but seriously, it’s been happening for so long with 0 updates.
I have had this problem since LAUNCH OF THE GAME. I’ve gotten locked out of so many time-sensitive events. Best of luck to you, I’ve posted multiple threads, replied in a few here and there about the issue and still nothing.
It’s straightforward language, and there are no “exceptions” as to the reason for an “outage issue on the game server side”. It’s pretty simple, they need to patch their system that clearly isn’t functioning as advertised.
