Crystal Aura no longer working, still have 6 months left

To whom it may concern,

I have about 6 months of crystalline aura that worked before on my account in Zinnervile, but no longer works as of today.
I’ve seen its somehow still active in another sever but the one im playing on.

Please help,

My aura stopped working yesterday…
Used 5-day aura from compensation for server down time and like every month bought 30- day aura…

What i am paying for? I am ok with Shop in maintenance, but aura should work!!
Pls fix it as fast as possible!!

BTW noticed that all blue crystals are missing too… not only aura
