After I made the first Crystal Purchase, the second purchase directly says “purcahsed failed”… can you please fix???

This problem seems to be happening since day 1,never heard of a f2p game with cash shop and the cash shop doesnt work properly and the game team seems to not care about much…
I still cannot use the shop either. I get the “Purchase Failed” with every Royal Crystal purchase attempt. I had used the shop fine from the 10th till a couple days ago when it stopped working for me. 48 hours of broken shop.
