My PC crashed bcs of the game (the 3rd time now) and this time my Crystaline Aura is gone after restart.
It would be realy nice if you could reactivate it somehow or send me a new aura so I can reactivate it by myself.
I also lost all my Bifrost points bcs of this, it would be realy nice if you could reactivate them somehow.

Same thing happened to me, i crashed when i clicked on a PNJ and lost my Cristaline aura.

Thank you very much for bringing your current issue to our attention and I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.
In regards Crystalline Auras issues, here’s an official statement: Current issues: Crystalline Aura, Product Inventory, In-Game Store It has been addressed days ago and targeted as a higher priority issue.
I hope this information granted has been provided you gives a great and helpful insight.

Because playing without Crystalline Aura is realy painful and expensive I activated my second 30 day Aura.
Now this one is also gone.
It would be realy nice to fix this soon bcs it’s realy annoying to do daily tasks without certain Bifrost points f.e. (That are also gone).
And it also costs a lot of Silver to travel around.
I would suggest to unlock the 2 Bifrost slots and make traveling free for all till you fix this one.
