Crystalline Aura and gems not present

Hi,

After a 2h queue time for EU Kadan server today (after the maintenance period) i found that i dont have the 30day aura present and i’m missing all the blue crystals (also bought a pack from the ingame store).
On the splash screen top right hand side corner i had the notification that i have the aura active, but once in game all was lost.
What is going on? :frowning:
I get it is was a difficult launch (it seems you guys didnt expect so many ppl to play, but since we (the founders pack guys) killed the servers in the early access how come this is still happening?
I had the Gold founders pack purchased and i dont wanna think it was for nothing, even tho i lost some days of aura because of the queue times…

Hi again,
we still have issues with the auro and crystals? what is going on? yesterday it worked, today it doesnt, this is how you treat you paying players? its getting very annoying that each day some new issue appears :frowning:
