Crystalline aura bug x 2

Hello

I am a gold founderspack member - I do not have the crystalline aura that I am supposed to have in game, because when I clicked the wing item it never applied. The item dissappeared, but the effect didnt apply! - > I made a CS ticket the first day of headstart.

Now today I do not have the mail ingame with the compensation aura either.

I have linked my steam and amazon accounts for the purpose of making things easier to check for CS.

Someone ought to be able to easily verify that I have a gold founders pack, and then check the ticket character name and server and verify that neither aura not aura item is on my account. And then either manually enable it, or send me a response to show that you have acknowledged the issue for my account.
