Hello, my aura from launch just expired and i bought one with blue crystals and claimed it but the effects are not active yet. I also did all the troubleshooting that was suggested like checking game files, restarting game and running steam as admin. Please help.

Have you checked the inventory of the character it’s on? After claiming it the aura is an item in your inventory that you need to use.
Yes i have, i made sure i claimed it and used it but it didnt activate. And it still doesnt work. Im sure support can check my logs and see.
