Summary
Bought 30 days with my crystals today and it did not apply to my current time. What do I do I could not find the proper support filing system. Help?

Please try these steps to confirm it’s not a visual bug , if you still have the issue 
:
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
In the case you already tried this and you still don’t see the Crystalline Aura please try to reach our chat team to report this problem with a ticket so that our developers can work on solving it.
