im in the north america east region on server Azena. earlier around 1 pm i got of from lost ark with my crystalline aura and shop in tact. i come back around 9 pm and now my crystalline aura is gone even tho i had 5 days left on it? and the shop is broken so i cant even buy more. this is immediately after a nice server bug with a 10010 error kept me out from the game for well over 24 hours. and forced me to call my ISP and start paying for a static IP just so i could play the game. pls tell me im gonna get my 5 days back?? at least open the shop up so i can buy more -____-
