I just claimed my 30 day Crystalline Aura from the Product Inventory but now I cant seem to find it. Normally, it would be in your Inventory right? It’s missing and my current Crystalline Aura has not been extended. I dont know what to do. Please Help 
Check pet inventory? Sometimes items go there, hopefully not a bug.
Right so basically, I claimed the Crystalline Aura two days ago and received it in my inventory but when I log in today to activate it, I cant find it anywhere. I checked everywhere including my alt chartacter’s inventory, pet inv, roster inv and even my mail. It just disappeared. Im worried maybe it expired?
probably expired, no reason to not use moment you get, thus it isnt unknown to have say a 24 hr window to click it.
Yet I had a 3 day aura since launch in my inventory and just used it like 2 days ago.
I didnt use it cause I still have my aura activated for a day and I thought I’d just wait until it runs out cause I’d be working anyway and didn’t want to waste few hours of it. I didn’t think it will expire but where could it be?
Oh okay so it means it doesn’t expire right? This is weird 
I think if something comes to your in game mail it has an expiration but not if it in or from the product inventory page (store).
Can’t say i am 100% sure about this though.
They do not expire.
There certainly is a reason NOT to use them, for instance I have several 30-day claims, I might want to take a break from the subscription not to waste time when I won’t be able to play.
Is there anyway I could send Lost Ark team a ticket regarding this matter? I’ve checked everywhere and their website keeps directing me to this forum. Thank you all for your response by the way 
I’ve only heard bad things from this game about item loss and vendor issues, basically you are screwed and nothing anyone has done has fixed this
