I bought the silver founder pack, and I lost all my Crystals, Royal Crystal, my Crystalline Aura, all my items from the product inventory and in Neria we dont have the store yet, we were waiting for 2 days with this issues.
In summary:
1- My crystalline buff is gone and missing like 2 days now.
2- My uncollected items are missing and gone from my product inventory.
3- My Crystals and Royal Crystal are gone too.
I think that as users we deserve a reward for the issues , hope you can fix it soon please.
